Services

I provide in-person, online and telephone counselling to individual youth (14+) and adults.

Fees

• Free initial consultation (15 minutes)
• Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $150 no GST
• Individual Therapy (75 minutes): $225 no GST
• Letter Writing or Other Requested Paperwork: based on time required to complete at hourly rate of $150

Reduced Fees

Reduced fee rate is offered as a set of 8 sessions at $100 per 50-minutes session and to a limited number of clients. Please reach out to discuss the current wait time.

Insurance

Please consult with your insurance provider to confirm if your benefit plan covers counselling/psychotherapy provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC's) registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). You will receive a receipt after payment for sessions is received which you can submit for reimbursement.

Payment

Payment must be received prior to session via credit card or e-transfer to info@nichacounselling.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling/cancelling an appointment, otherwise the full session fee will still apply.

Please note that I do not currently provide services through third party providers.
